actly i rly wondering y u all never sue developer for LAD compensation for the delay, 1yr delay ezly get back few thousand tht can use the money to pay for the monthly installment..

there is a crack at car park there...it is very obvious n u wont miss out if you passby mrr2...i guess this is one of the reasons y they keep delay it
