Mine is type C1. Purchased it for 145k, now I think is around 250k already.
Spent about 10k for minor renovation and furnishing. Got tenant already, renting for 1.7k So far I'm happy with my purchase! |

im interested at axis crown (or premier) 890spf or 1041 psf. is there anyone want to dispose his/her unit? i checked iproperty is asking for rm350k for 890psf and rm410k for 1041psf. i prefer to deal with owner. pls PM me. thx!

Hi everyone, I am a newbie here. One of my friend is property agent. He intro me a axis crown unit, 1110sqft facing LRT on 13 floor, for RM410k. Do you guys think it is worth to buy? either for own stay or rent.
He told me after CF price will increase, and rent for that unit will be around RM2500/month. |
