recentlyi get many things from various seller....as long is pos laju.....all show unable to delivery , collect at branches...and not even a notice was given like last time..,..in system ask me call them..........i spend hours and hours call them cannot get thru............i'm gonna call them until they pick up i will freaking complaint them

Same to me also. They said undelivered..masuk kertas notis dalam mailbox saja suruh ambik kat pejabat pos. Tapi saya tunggu di rumah the whole day sebab rasa nya malas naik apartment.

Really?? I thought poslaju is the best..I always prefer poslaju, never wanna take GDex, but nowadays GDex is good as well, they now respond faster and send faster..

if they leave notice still fine for me as their office not far ..........problem is notice also didnt leave, dont even call to verify............last time i need to call the office then rearrange delivery then it work ....this time i freaking piss off

my pos laju driver called me when he reach my home but nobody home at that time, its raining somemore.
he suggested to just throw my parcel into my house, which I agreed so I don have to go collect at their office.

Already give up on POS Malaysia. Usually select DHL or other courier.

Poslaju somehow becomes as slow as normal mail. It is like no priority given.
