hi,

the info from bank ,that this Ipo will have an offer price of 1.50 - 1.60 and it is expected to be listed end of Jan 2017.Taking As salam reit as an example that had managed to secure 5 cents upon listing..I would apply quite a lot for this IPO..again be careful because the offer price is quite high.

1.50-1.60 I see.

Quite high for a REIT IPO. Sentiment must also be factored in as ALSREIT that time, the market slowly recovered from the 2015 lows.

Hi

I agree the price is a bit too high..The officer told me the offer price will not go beyond RM 2 , I asked again the exact offer price and he revealed 1.50 - 1.60. if not mistaken As salam reit was offered at RM 1 and upon listing managed to register RM 1.05 and its highest price on the listing day was 1.13.

yeah, for reits listing.. easily can get few sen profit first day..

but most of us invest for DY only.. some for both innocent.gif drool.gif

So this is a retail REIT.

Based on Prospectus, DY forecast (based on RM1.00 price) is 6.54% for 2017 and 6.59% for 2018. NAV is RM0.98.

Properties mostly in South. Sort of like a Tesco, Giant and target basic shopping needs of lower/medium income families.
