QUOTE(nikazwa @ Nov 14 2016, 11:36 AM) hi, 1.50-1.60 I see.the info from bank ,that this Ipo will have an offer price of 1.50 - 1.60 and it is expected to be listed end of Jan 2017.Taking As salam reit as an example that had managed to secure 5 cents upon listing..I would apply quite a lot for this IPO..again be careful because the offer price is quite high. tq Quite high for a REIT IPO. Sentiment must also be factored in as ALSREIT that time, the market slowly recovered from the 2015 lows. This post has been edited by ILoveLalat.net: Nov 14 2016, 01:27 PM |

Good news for those planning to bid for this IPO, I may skip this after taking due consideration so there's less competition as I'm planning for Serba instead. My personal TP is below RM1.

QUOTE(zyrex_ho @ Jan 12 2017, 11:21 AM) I do agree with what nexona88 have suggested: Usually if it goes up too high, they would sell off the REIT due to low yield rate. But steadily and eventually it will go back up to its peak levels again."Can apply this IPO Can keep long for dividend... Or if listing day fly high can partially sell & balance keep for dividend.." If it really do fly high during listing, that is a bonus, but most REIT investor would be attracted by their long term yield. |

QUOTE(SURE ANGPOW @ Jan 13 2017, 11:36 AM) Benster - you seems overly takut.....even IPO oso takut liao ....so how how to punt in the open market haaa It's also not that. Pavilion Reit on first listing only has their mall and the office building as their initial portfolio which of evident that if you do visit Pavilion, the tenants have a long waiting list when renting out the shops, proving that the safety net when securing another tenant is easy because one goes in, another goes out.so no need to apply this ipo-- safe with $$$$ oso you takut >> for you just buy grandma FD ( fixed deposit ) and for sure there is 3 % PEANUT @ CHICKEN FEED NEVER FAILED RETURN KIP Reit however, has more properties on their initial portfolio compared to Pavilion. Reits perform differently as well due to their properties (i.e. retail, hotel, office etc.). While diversifying more properties is good for the market, but always remember that having the same characteristics can differ due to the market segment of that area. What we can see on listing day is that while my TP plus, minus 5% from IPO price, with the pool of public shares to be listed, surely this stock can go up on listing day. Correct me if some parts are wrong. |

Okay then, if M2U permits, I'll bid lucky on this one. Wish everyone all the best of luck on this IPO and here's hoping everyone will get a slice of it!

All Bumi IPO holders get a slice of the shares, can review the ballotting table to find out how much one is allotted.
For the public balloting, all the best to you and hopefully all can enjoy gains. But even if one is allotted, let's hold off any parties until then. |

QUOTE(Omega Z @ Jan 23 2017, 08:10 PM) any comments on this counter for long term investment? REITs really have low volatility. But the 2007/08 subprime crisis in the US has also proven that REITs can encounter abnormal movement and moves with a huge swing. So far, our REIT market has been relatively stable and can be second to unit trust. the way i see it REITS counters do not move much. only relying on their dividend payouts I cannot say much on this counter, though it might go under at some point but it will bode well in the long run if all goes well. Short term, likely to go up. |
