Based on Prospectus, DY forecast (based on RM1.00 price) is 6.54% for 2017 and 6.59% for 2018. NAV is RM0.98.
Properties mostly in South. Sort of like a Tesco, Giant and target basic shopping needs of lower/medium income families.
