1. all victim should take your time no matter you free or not ,make a police report and go to court track down this fellow since this is your right to do so
2. for all those other people want to buy online please seaching for the realible seller and for play safe please requir a safe place aka shopping center with plenty people to void anything worst happening.
3.please please please remaind yourself in this world really don't have free meal , if some seller told you have offering or early bird offering that sell item really damn below market price about 25-50% please be aware of this and giving reason don't make cod only postage.
