I failed to reload my Digi prepaid via app using Amex-i even after secure2u approval 3x. Thinking of getting 8% cb. Anyone has similar issue lately?

I had this before in April and it went through the next day after I tried again, not sure why though.

So only the next day one successful (reloaded immediately?), those done 1 day earlier n with MAE SECURED Approval didn't get thru right? Worried to double reload.
So far those 3x I did yesterday still not reflected in MAE n it's notification. Thinking of reloading again.

Yes, if the "refund" is an online transaction, otherwise your Treatpoints (check your TP balance) will be deducted instead of cashback.
BTW the "refund", the transaction date is 5/7, technically not related to the transaction on 26/6.

In march, I made a 3500 online transaction and the 100 CB has been credited on 7-April.
In April, that transaction was refunded. Then I made another 3300 online transaction.

So,

March CB +100 for 1st transaction
April CB -100 for the refund and +100 for the 2nd transaction = 0

Do I still have CB quota in April if I make other transactions?

They clawed back more than than the RM100 CB received.

RM3300 CB = +RM264
-RM3500 CB = -RM280

So -RM280+RM264 = -RM4 reversal.

Meaning, if I were to spend more on that month, will get positive CB

First of all your refund is Nov spend or Oct spend???
If Oct spend than you add on spend in Nov is useless because it will deduct back on Nov cash back.

Scenario 1:
Oct spend Rm700 and get RM50cb your refund is RM35 for Oct spend.
To meet the minumum spend RM625 so after deduct RM700-RM35 you still more than RM625(actual RM665) so not affected.
Mean Nov still spend RM625 to get full cash back.

Scenario 2:
Oct spend RM700 get cash back RM50.
Nov spend RM625 and refund is Nov spend RM35.
So for this case you need to spend RM625 + RM35.
