Actually I can choose to pay the Allianz Car insurance at Shopee directly by ikhwan-amex instead of  spaylater to get the 8% cb since i dont need to pay on weekend like m2amex. Right?

I have been getting cb for paying at Shell's counter. Were not aware of the exclusion list. I suspect Mbb copy paste the t&c from Ikhwan Petronas Visa Platinum.

mine 19 Oct fraud happened.
sms card replacement received on 20 Oct, but i gotten the card delivered on 20 Oct too (as usual, sms is late few days).

you noticed fraud txn posted into cc account/statement?

or sms alert of txn attempt?

if you immediately contacted CS / fraud channel, they would just flag/freeze the txn at their side ... no further action from us except acknowledge/agree to card replacement

perhaps you try to call back again to reconfirm
