mine no sms. applied on Fri 9pm. got a call to collect on Monday. collection period 7 days, until 9pm.

do call CS to do this since they can unblock for online transaction, possibly able to block instead.

i was told by the staff that delivery takes between 1-2 weeks. i prefer to walk-in to collect-activate-use, since i already walked-in to apply at the first place

very likely station's or pump's problem. have you tried inside service station? ask attendant to swipe at their counter?

you sure activated the card before use?

cannot be la. doesnt make sense also. this visa is old card (introduced 2012), not a brand new card anyway.

agree with this. dont know why the card activation was flawed. or perhaps he didnt activate at all?
