If you select Ezpayment, MBB will straight away deduct the purchase price of RM2,059 from your card credit limit.

For eg, if his CL is Rm5k, and the iPhone price is Rm5k, if he swiped his CC for the iPhone under 12-month 0% installment, the bank will deduct the full amount of Rm5k from his CL leaving him with Rm0 in his CL

Even though my monthly salary is credited to Maybank account, this card has the lowest CL among my other banks CC
I just used this card for the 8% weekend CB when refuel at Petronas

Maybank is very stingy in giving high CL
I ended using this card solely for refuelling at Petronas during the weekend because of their no nonsense 8% cash back

My primary CC is HSBC Signature.
At least once every 2 months I redeem their 35k points for a RM100 Lazada or Grab voucher

Just do the traditional way by waive or insert the Petronas Ikhwan, followed by inserting the Mesra card

The only reason am keeping the Pateronas Ikhwan is to take advantage of the 8% CB when refuelling on weekend.
On average I'm getting about RM25-30/month from the CB

No idea on SETEL
