I applied permanent CL increase thru M2U Thursday last week. But to-date, I have yet to receive any status update. Does it mean my application is unsuccessful?

How would the EzyPayPlus affect credit limit balance? Is it the same, or will mean less balance amount? like less amount can spend

Open my M2U, and noticed 'Pending New Card Activation' on the page. I'd assume it means the replacement card is on its way. Problem is, to which address? I guess it is best to call Maybank, but is there a way to find the mailing address in the m2U page?
