I've confirmed that ONLINE payment via www.mytnb.com.my using Ikhwan Platinum AMEX does not get 8% cash back rebates

A refund from FoodPanda Online also deducts my cash back hahaha

yes the refund will get deducted as well.

Food panda refunded to credit card will get rebate as -negative

Example
RM100 -> CB: RM8.00
Refund -RM5 -> CB: -RM0.40
Total rebate = RM7.60
