1st rule of WC...is leak test
i run mine bare w'o hardwares attached for solid 24hours run some even recommend to do it for 1 week IMO the main cause of failure in those kits are its quality i had a friend TT kit leak due to an acrylic crack on his waterblock i blame this on its build quality and also tubing wise, overtime it will degrade just like those garden hose most of DIY such as tygon tubing and swift pumps are industrial standard there for it should have a better quality than those kits don't get me wrong, but even DIY kits w'o proper setup and preparation are also prone to failure like i've said before, not all kits are rubbish i'm not too sure on what happened to that domino ALC but last time coolit eliminator worked fine with me maybe that guy yank the loop too far and made the connection loose who knowss |
