No worry, I dun think SenHeng will cheat on you for the refund. Just they will drag us slowly, I also haven't received my refund after I returned on 21st Oct. Call branch that I returned told me to wait for 30 days but initial told me only 2 weeks needed.

Hye..i also returned to senheng kajang on 20 oct..i also didnot get any receipt@invoice@statement@anything that prove im returned note 7.but i got take picture staff senheng while their checking my note 7..and today,i ask senheng customer service,this their replay..

this will be quite a problem for him i would like to say 
if you only have the receipt of purchase but don't have the product also no use. sme only see product as if someone don't have the receipt (loss or whatsoever) he/she still can get the refund as they have the product (fulfill the requirement of the refund process). your case now is very disadvantage.. no black & white copy & no phone with box. if i were you, better go back to the place where you returned your phone and to solve things out. at least provide you the copy of acknowledgment that they received your phone. don't wait for them to call you as they won't

same here. just received a call from senheng as well.
she asked if i have returned my phone. i was shocked when she asked like that. i told her that i have returned the phone like almost 3 weeks now. she then asked me to wait as she wanna check the system first. after awhile she confirmed the phone has been returned and the refund is being processed. i was like, don't you think you should have checked first before u ask ah?
