i use this water dispenser named vita water.. rm999 only, installation rm50.. total 1049.. save much money.. got hot water, cold water n normal water.. go to their fb vita valley.. got cabutan bertuah somemore tis month hehe..

bumping this thread asking for some personal review

I might be paranoid or am not.

So my parents house, they have this Coway water filter, love the function as i can easily dispense cold or hot water on the go. But i noticed this

1) I tend to drink lot more cold water if dispense from the machine.
2) drink 5-6 glass still felt, not satisfied/ drink more then bloated
3) making hot drinks using 3-in-1 the usually milo,hoc choc, nescaffe, taste abit tad different. Pale i would say.

at home, i boil water from filtered source, im using panasonic water filter.. it cost less more. Plus i always have stash of spritzer 1.5L carton box, at least 1-2 carton.

to my personal preference, Spritzer > filtered boiled water > coway filtered water

im not sure about other, but i guess drinking those coway filtered water, i tend to not satisfied and drink more till bloated. still doesnt quiche my thirst . Read about it, it uses RO method of filtration, does RO makes a difference? i do however dislike buying "drinking water/RO water" bottled, and always opt for mineral water when buying outside.

RO is the best to filter water. Better if u get the RO mineral water purifier. Got new giant korean company enter Malaysia with high tech water purifier. Check it out. ChungHo Nais.

Alkaline - Does nothing to your body, imagined how the water pH will be once it mixed with the acidity in our stomach?..gastric juice is pH 2 you know. It is just hyped by marketing company like Kangen and so on

Mineral water - No doubt the best source of drinking water.

RO water - Many thought this is bad for our health when it is actually not at all. Sure it got disadvantage compared to mineral, but RO is the purest state of H20 you could ever consume. Think from other perspective, chicken got nutrition as well with vegetable, fruits, nuts and all you ate daily. If you eat well then why should worried about RO water?. Vitamins and supplements are far better than mineral water if taken at right doses and not over consume.

You ask nutritionist, clinician, specialist (i done this) etc they will say the same thing - drink whatever types of water you want it still do just fine nothing to worried about as long you drink in moderation based on recommended amount roughly 2 liter per day. Drink less or too much everyday will cause kidney work bit harder than usual same like you eat food too much everyday till obese. But that also still fine unless you're veteran. Sure many articles in internet tell you RO good this RO bad that because they were too detail and the info only useful for health practitioner, not for typical people like us. At the end of the day, whatever happens you still pay a visit to your doctors and listened to their consultation right?.

So why no just ask them now? . No need to worry guys just drink any water you need. Care for your mental health, exercise frequently and keep practice a healthy lifestyle that is more important than just worried for drinking water.

You put a fullstop for this thread lol.. yea my house is using Elken for years. My parents used to boil water. Especially my mom having very sensitive stomach, she’s kind of like “Chinese Meds specialist” lol.. in hometown house she grows various kind of medicine flowers and plants that can be used daily. My neighborhoods frequently come to our house when they have illness. After I got her one Elken, she said her body feels light and energetic after months. We didn’t expect this and haven’t really talk about it. I installed it for the sake of she don’t have to boil water and carry kettle anymore. We didn’t really study water quality but soon we found out those boiled water are so called “hard” water, and it’s very different from what we get from the water filter machine. It’s RO but yes what I’ve read from Internet is exaggerating. Some said no problem for daily consumption but some said it’s problematic. At the end you eat all those outside garbage food and drink “best” water ended up you will still need to sleep in hospital bed...
