Not sure if this have been discussed before. I notice for SCB CC, for online purchases, like UBER, i'm being charged additionally compare to the actual amount.
Checked with contact center and been informed this is due to the merchant actually charging based on SG convertion rate. Anyone else facing the same issue? |
