![]() my experience to the call for card cancellation & get AF waiver 100% i has paid all outstanding transaction. remain AF unpaid. call to get human customer service (select fraud on the process is ok.) when you get a human to talk to, told him/her to cancel the card 1st offer: waive 50% AF - NOT ACCEPT 2nd offer: apply their product, waive 100% AF - NOT ACCEPT 3rd offer: do 3 transactions in 14 days, waive 100% AF - ACCEPT has to taichi a bit get the report no. after done 3 transactions need to call back again and talk to human. each call 15mins. 2 calls total 30mins (the wait for human is long) ![]() This post has been edited by jhnwoo: Apr 1 2024, 06:53 PM |
