same,  approved 2 days ago with 50k+ credit limit.
i wonder why approved so much limit 
i submitted on 18.11 , took almost 2 months to approved my application...

From what I understand, it is something like this:

Yearly = You pay a lump sum and they invest all 12 months with the total you paid.

Monthly = They only invest amount you paid. So month 1, they only invest the 1 month amount you paid.

Eg: very SIMPLE example:
Monthly = RM100; Yearly = RM1200

Total Monthly Investment:-

Monthy
Month 1 = RM100
Month 2 = RM200
Month 3 = RM300 etc

Yearly
Month 1 = RM1200
Month 2 = RM1200
Month 3 = RM1200 etc

Maybe insurance expert can correct me if I'm wrong.

ii. Transaction is tag as standing order / recurring order; AND
iii. No POS terminal is used; AND
iv. Transactions are in local currency (Malaysia Ringgit); AND
v. Merchant is not a e-commerce/online/internet merchants; AND
vi. Transactions are made in these following MCC
a. Insurance merchant with MCC of 5960/ 5968/ 6300; OR
b. Telco merchant with MCC of 4814/ 5968; OR
c. Utilities merchant with MCC of 4899/ 4900/ 5968 & with Merchant Description of Astro/
TNB/ Indah Water/ Tenaga Nasional.
