ok now here comes my calculation.

RM2300 BigPay - RM30 CB
RM186.25 TNB Autopay - RM 27.95 CB

but i only got RM28, does it mean my BigPay 2300 not counted? dry.gif

I made the report via myTNB app and they called back in an hour. Quite efficient and I checked my JOP transaction and yes it is there now.

yeah updated. but when want to access both quick balance and transaction, it said poor connection and cant access but i am very sure the connection is okay.

For those who signed up auto pay for TNB, the autopay was not going thru and the mytnb CS called back after I feedback them via the app, said the autopay is under maintenance and will only able to do the autopay again end of this month.

same since mid Dec. feedback again to them via mytnb app d this morning. get ready to pump in more petrol to replace the tnb autopay bill amount.
