The last info i know is that card user need redeem in newbalance store in West Malaysia. If it is for card user from east Malaysia, i wonder possible to waive annual fee if it is a hassle to fly over to West Malaysia just to redeem the shirt.

Next month I will be charged with AF but CS cannot confirm now if I will get waiver, asked me to contact back until my AF is charged. Let's see.

I only spent enough for monthly cash back and for my WorldMiles, I did spend a bit for Grab reloads earlier. Last year also got my SST rebate/AF waiver after CS put me on hold to check.

I am not able to find the live chat icon inside the app. However, i found the live chat icon in website here (https://www.sc.com/my/contact-us/) but after 2-3 mins after connected and halfway disconnected. Looks like connection not stable or something. I am going to try it after lunch again later.

Still nothing of live chat icon appear in app so i stick to website live chat. Result with no success in sst rebate. bye.gif I will try again when annual fees charge appear on next bill.

If payment made using liverpool cashback card, it's transaction is shown as unposted for this month. Those unposted transaction is not entitled for cashback?

Thanks for the advise. Solution is just to wait for few more seconds after press approve in mobile SC. Then the screen on pc will refreshed automatically to show cash rewards redeemed successfully. doh.gif May be there is a slight delay today.

For mobile app approve (not offline pin - does not work), try wait for few more seconds for the website screen to load.

If you does not give exact answer to the question provided by Sifu of this thread, its very difficult for them to find out the solution for you. Only you know. So best answer is find out from standard chartered cs as said by others unless you give out details like which exact date, what transaction, amount, etc. Do ignore if it is really confidential for others to know.

Example: spend rm2000 on topup big pay on 23/09/2020 1pm. Or provide screenshot.

Wait only. 50% chances of getting cashback. If it appear on statement / transaction history then you get cashback.
