If that happens, I’m sure banks will understand. Anyway, it’s really not a big issue but just wanting to let others know about SCB’s system. Moreover getting on hold of their CS is not easy these days, so plan your payment accordingly. For me, I’m OK because I’m tagged as their premium customer so can chat with them on the app.
I always schedule payment day before due date to avoid all these... experience similar issue and caused delay in payment (insufficient fund etc).. which lead to lots of troublesome ..need email/call for waiver etc
