I faced the same situation yesterday... Guess is new web interface and failed to redeem eventhough phone apps shown approved.

Better self pay $60 first and redeem later........

just a bit difficult for me to pump petrol coz hardly travel + have company petrol card ... finding petrol station that accept top up TNG to cover RM150 brows.gif

strange,,, my JOP cash back as following, Spending : auto bill insurance (rm330 fixed), balance e-wallet or shopee, lazada. no petrol.

May - RM28 (2480)
June - RM41 (2500)
July - RM21 (2500)

this month gonna try with petrol RM70 or RM80



Just found below info from others,

SCB Just One Platinum Card
⁃ Spend RM2500 - 15% - Bill (Insurance, Telco, Utilities), Petrol, Online (Capped at RM20) - total capped at RM60
⁃ Auto bill & Petrol pump RM134 monthly
⁃ Spend below - 10% - capped at RM28

after browse thru here,,, then only realize how come my CB so little ...rm21,,,rm28 etc
before they force us to utilize for petrol,,, every month I'm having RM60 CB
