SCB called back to retain my card cancellation of JOP & LFC

same retention offer:

1) cashback RM50
2) 0% BT 6 mths
keep insisting me to keep only 1 card 

decided just to cancel both cards, to have simple peace of mind managing cards   

reinstatement can be done within 30 days.
after hang-up, received sms for card cancellation.

I got RM5 x 61 for July and RM5 x 62 for August.

Actually now ocbc that kena by bnm. Waiting patiently for ocbc reply. Ahahah

They have requested details transaction which led to suspension within 10 days. Ocbc did not response to the email. So now BNM sent another email saying due to ocbc unable to prove such case, and in absence of any suspicious activities being highlighted to BNM by OCBC, the Bank is INSTRUCTED to reinstate all facilities the Customer has/have with the Bank within 60 days of this letter.

Should OCBC feel otherwise, kindly response to BNM by 14 working days from 17 September.

Bnm has requested proof on 30 aug (i was not in the email loop at the officer to try liaise with the Bank). But they did not reply the email within 10 working days. So bnm sent email to reinstate all accs, or else another 14 days to response to their initial email.

Previously early/mid august - the fraud department email can even reply BNM email within 30 mins from the time they sent, but now give 10 working days also cannot reply. Meaning they cant have solid proof.

Come on dont tell me topping shopee pay everyday is FRAUD.

I wrongly pay my SCB LFC statement amount suppose RM5232

But i paid RM5223.

Slapped with RM108 interest.

Requested for waiver but declined.

RM9 also cant tolerate. Gonna cancel the LFC once this month cashback out for next month

Kena fraud, charged a few dollars in USD. Further digging, card was saved in Shoppee, Lazada, and Panda Food for the past few months. Further back, it's saved in other ewallets but I've deleted from all of these for quite a while now.

It is not my practice to submit real CVV for banks/sites that don't require it. So I think it'll be kinda difficult to fraud my cards (1000 CVV x 60 expiry date to guess). I rarely eat Panda Food, so I don't remember if I saved the real CVV inside.

I just lost my rm5 x 25 cashback for spending rm100 campaign .just because i had fraud transaction and CC cancalled..i just might think this is part of their conspiracy not paying cashback to customers.gonna cancel this CC later.such a scam
