I still think it's much safer to register via SMS.

When I received my JOP card, I read through the T&C & it was stated there that all new cards have been automatically registered into the Spin & Win campaign.

However, I was still able to register via the website.

A couple days later, I received SMS saying that I've yet to be registered & asking me to reply L1 if I wish to join the campaign.

So in a way, I've technically registered for the campaign thrice. rclxub.gif

I received the /h/ extension before but has yet to receive it in my account.

According to the T&C, you should have them credited into your account within 60 days.

The SMS usually takes longer than 3 working days. If you don't mind missing out on potential spins, you can try to spend RM100 after 3 working days of registering.

Sorry, no idea but previously BigPay's old MCC was excluded from the Spin & Win campaign. However, the new BigPay's MCC isn't in the list of excluded MCCs hence it works now.

Anyone here using redONE mobile provider & is able to receive the spin SMS?

My colleague sent both L1 & L2 SMS but still wasn't able to receive the spin SMS after 3 working days. hmm.gif

That's normal. Give it another week or two. Mine was quiet for a week & then a call then silent for another week or so before they approve it. In total, it took almost 1.5 months to have my application approved. doh.gif

BigPay is eligible. A lot of us here have been getting the SMS without any issue.
