I have that odd RM7 stuck in cashback. Not planning to do anything about that for now.

Selected eWallets for cashback which I know. Non selected eWallets should be ok for filler right? Thanks for the correction on utils not being excluded.

Did anyone receive the RM50 TNG reward for Flexipay Plus promo for 22/12 – 29/2 campaign. My FPP was done on 17/1.

Not Journey but Simply Cash, where TNC states must pay AF, spent 12k last year and got full waiver. Requested via Other Services on website. Fee waiver option says the card not eligible.

Any ideas what is "Restricted Card (62)" error on merchant terminal?

I get this on many merchants when using Apple Pay or physical card. Burger King, random cafe, etc...

While Apple Pay works fine at Petronas, Jaya Grocer, Aeon, TGIF, Big Pharmacy, hospital etc...

Online seems OK so far, MyNews app, Boost, Grab, etc...

Have PMed SCB (dunno how long they take to reply) but thought I'd check here too.

• Sufficient credit limit

My Simple Cash cc kena unauthorised charges. From Facebook (MYR1600+1500) & Workfolio (USD0.01).

After using for so long and already memorized the card no, now have to change to new card.

According to SCB, 1st FB went through; 2nd FB & Workfolio declined. So have to file dispute for the first FB.

Bye bye soon. It's AF time and SCB said no to my request for waiver so have requested for CC cancelation. Already settled the balance, now waiting to redeem(?) the balance of the 0% installment. RM8 stuck in rewards. sad.gif

Further to this. Almost done everything necessary for card cancellation. A bit long winded because waiting for fraudulent charges to resolve, missing cashback, etc...

1. Request for AF waiver in Dec 2024 declined.
2. Requested for card cancellation in Jan 2025.
3. Had to wait for the Dec 2024 fraudulent charges to be resolved. Now kautim.
4. Had a change of card number in Dec 2024 due to above which caused missing cashback for Jan (Nov spending) and Feb (Dec spending). SCB acknowledged this with missing amounts. Waiting for this to be credited.
5. Waiting for RM250 AF refund to be credited.
6. SCB opened a new ticket for AF waiver a few days ago. I don't think it's related to my request back in Dec 2024 when it was declined.
7. So far, no retention call yet.
