Today i check received liverpool card cash back.
But jop cash back havnt in?

last time both appear in the same day.

Does anyone try change ur cc statement date successful before?

So far only Aeon CC and Standard Chart CC not allot me to cc statement date.

I wonder why simple thing they not allow to change.

i contact liva chat before, they insist cant change for me.

I now 18th, i want to change to some date like >22th (near to end of month)

Same goes to my aeon credit card,
i just want statement date nearer to end of month.. wont allow

Usually i topup bigpay 2300 and pump 200petrol.
but last month accidently pump petrol only 199.xx
so how many rebate i get?

My jop card working fine, only cash back card got problem for topup.

Hi,
I suddenly cant use my cash back card on bigpay/boost.

example
i want top up bigpay 1500 keep fail, but i topup 999 successful.
i want top up boost 500 keep fail, but 300 successful.
then i try 200 fail again. (keep fail)

anyone know why?

May i know when you swipe 8 times? Mine swipe on 1jul.

And i email ringgitplus few times, this is what they reply.

"If you made your eighth retail transaction with your new credit card on 1/07/2023 Standard Chartered will provide us with confirmation of customers eligible for a RinggitPlus gift at the end of September
We’ll send you an email explaining how to claim your gift once we've received the approval. "

I did apply few times ringgitplus before, i think this is the longest time i wait for the gift...(usually like max 2 month i will get my gift)

Yesterday email, and this morning receive their reply.

"Thank you for letting me know about this problem.
I’ve checked your RinggitPlus account and am sorry to say that we have not received an update from Standard Chartered yet.
Please let me raise this issue with Standard Chartered directly, I’ll be in touch as soon as we have news.
Hopefully we will have an answer in a few days but please allow us up to a week to get this fixed for you."


Same, i also topup little amount 8 times.
I even play save topup another 8 times during end of july. (total 16times transaction)
Lets see what they finding...

After i follow the steps here

Then I receive my tng Rm800 pin from ringgitplus the next day.

I think is standard charted no proactively provide the name list to ringgitplus (which no happen last time),

So instead of just email and asking when receive the tng pin,
Just follow the steps inside, it will speed up the process.
