want to ask, the rule here is mean if i hold my new card within the past 6 months then is not eligible?

Live chat 2 times not able to waive annual fees so ask for cancellation. Today received call from cs saying live chat cant waive lvp annual fees because of jersey something but cs able to waive for me. So now keeping lvp card. If not just wait another half year or 1 year to apply as new to bank promotion
