simple as this:
spending < 20k, they has right not waive for you.
spending >= 20k, they will waiver for you

Since I want to continue use this card, so have to make sure spending > 20k and get confirmation from them.
I use their online chat service. Fast and efficient, i wouldn't think it is troublesome.

i think SCB unable detect it is an auto debit transaction.
if you read the t&c on auto debit part, one of the requirement is the transaction is tag as standing order / recurring order
try to check with SCB so they can fix it

Tried almost 6 times this morning, i got 2 transactions never receive sms. So far only get 1xRM5

Please take note SCB will charge 1% cross border fee for Grab transactions including top up the ewallet

If you use GrabPay a lot, you should consider Maybank Grab cc (top up 5X points + spend 3X points which is around 4.8%CB)

Next time you can try use the live chat located at bottom right there in the SC website main page. It will find you the available CS first before start the chat.
