Just saw AF being charged on both my LFC and JOP. Is it OK for me to wait until my cashback is credited before I call CS to ask for waiver and if no waiver I’ll then cancel the card?

I'm not sure it's a bug on the App but right after getting authentication approved from App, nothing happens on the website. I don't seem to be able to redeem my cashback for LFC.
