You just received the card so you are new cardholders right?
You are getting welcome gift so I don't think SC will give +RM25 gift.
The SST RM25 is charged by Government upon card activation.
*
He's very confident will get it waived.
Let it be ...

Just need to check out from StanChart credit card users.

Is it true that StanChart's app must be downloaded for the purpose of generating 6-digit code for online transactions and StanChart does not send OTP/TAC using the usual SMS method?
*
For banking products, yes.
For credit card, OTP/TAC still sent to SMS of the registered phone number.

I plan to apply for either JOP or Liverpool card. Which one can provide better cash back?

Both are good cards if you can spend till min amount required.

Yea it’s already in unbilled with the rest of my June purchases, but only the RM25 deduction for service tax is billed
*
Isn't statement billed outstanding amount being updated in the next bill cycle/statement?

I hope it doesn’t turn into a non payment
*
Your payment is made after bill stateemnt date aka statement is generated.
Of course it won't appeared under billed section of the current statement.
It'll be appeared under unbilled section of the next statement.

Hmm I thought only purchases made after the statement date will be billed under the the next month’s statement. Even payment to the card also got billed and unbilled ke?

So now I just wait for the next statement right? Since I already paid for the RM25 for this cycle.
*
Isn't that obvious?
Statement captures every debit and credit transactions of the statement cycle month.
Why on the earth statement only captures for debit transactions (purchases) and omits credit transactions (payment, refund, rebate, void)?
Statement is just an accounting ledger of an entity account.

You don’t have to comment if you don’t have anything nice to say.

This is a cc forum, not kopitiam.
*
You're the one who are not listening.
That section that you snapshot is called "Latest Statement Details".
Information for the 3 rows are historical data and will only be updated in the next bill cycle.

As said earlier, you are not getting the house analogy.
Each bank has its own internet banking and accounting system.
Unless HSBC and SC are using similar accounting software and internet banking vendors, the way information is being updated may not similar bank to bank.

Yea I used HSBC they will send me SMS to notify me on the statement due date.

Maybe this is my first month with SC and hence I’m not notified of this service tax payment.

I think I’ll just make a lump sum payment into the cc, just to be safe in case SC did not register my first payment.
*
I still don't understand why are you keep on repeating that SC didn't register your first payment.

Under Unbilled tab, isn't there a credit transaction of RM 25 for your inward DuitNow transfer?

Under Card Information section, isn't the "Current Balance" RM 25 lesser and the "Available Credit Limit" RM 25 more?

Hi, just gotten my SC JOP card.
Planning to swap my prudential medical insurance under this card monthly RM300, and top up 2200 to my boost, eligible to maximize right?
*
You'll get RM 28 only.
Manual swipe your Prudential medical insurance is not eligible unless you switched it to auto-debiting.

i dont want to spend any money.
i want to top up and withdraw to earn rm60 cb.
how har ?
rm1500 to shopeepay.
where else i can top up my rm1000 to ?

Read the T&C. Online category is capped at RM 30 for JOP.
Alternatively, reload RM 2300 into e-wallet and reload RM 200 into Setel (for Petrol).

If you get LFC, you'll get RM 50 cash back if reload to e-wallet.
