Standard Chartered Simple Cash Back for April 2024 of mine seems mess up?

I spent 2.5k above with combination of petrol, dining and e-wallet but end up RM11 only (11/0.5% = RM2,200)

Does over payment (i paid extra in April) will net effect with the "SPENDING" ?
* If over paid, then i probably wont even get RM11 i guess.

Below is the my April expenses in excel which already tie and agreed to SCB statement:

Q1: 2.3) Mentioned that spend min spend RM400 per month for 3 months.
If I receive the card on this months, let's say 5th July, does it mean this month end is consider until 5th August or by 31 July must finish spending RM400 ??

Q2: Does JomPay is include/Consider the min spend RM400 inside?

Q3: Retail Spend - Does it include Online payment ?? Ewallet top up as in boost,grapay,setel etc ?? ( To be include in the RM400 min spend)
or it only apply for physical swiping the card in physical store ??
Q4: If just received the card, is there a way to waive of the RM25 SST?

Last night 05:45pm all of suddeny my Simply Cash Card kenak "paid" EUR99 on Apple dot com slash ES but alert only came in 06:53pm.

Dunno which online platform leaked
