Just to ask opinion on double charged by the merchant

I used AEON's self checkout system and paid via PayWave. it shows approved on the EDC terminal, but the self-checkout system could not detect I paid, thus no receipt came out.

The CS on duty asked me to retry the payment again and it was approved again and this time the receipt came out.

Today notice both transactions (same amount) had been posted in my CC account mad.gif bangwall.gif

Contacted to SCB via Chat, and the CS told me to get the merchant to refund from their merchant bank. Or else submit a dispute transaction.

Which action would yield quicker results confused.gif
