I don't think so.. based on my experience, it is region specific. Unless Apple changed that already

your local CC most likely wont be able to pass US region as your payment
and yes, US region may have more apps, e.g.: Microsoft Word Flow Keyboard, dont have in MY App Store yet
many years back, Google Earth also not in MY App Store, but now have already...

but still best advise is create your apple id with local region, if you need other region like US, create another account and put payment as none

Note: i am using Apple Music, if you switch accounts, all music downloaded will be wipe , for example i am subscribe to MY Apple Music, when i switch my iTunes on my iPhone to US account, my Gigabytes of downloaded Apple Music all wipe out... my work around, if i want US region app, i use desktop iTunes to download and connect my iPhone to install that app

Yup.. I personally maintained 2 Apple ID. One for Malaysia and another for US. Easier and better options as some apps are released for US but not for Malaysia region.

usually dont... but if they dont want to absorb... they will put in on customer

I don't use earphone type.. I use headphone (over-the-ear). So can't really recommend any.

I would recommend not to check if you don't hear any problem with the phone in your normal usage.

Oops ok. I don't use my CC for apps purchase. Always use the US iTunes card so probably don't feel the need to switch region etc. Always uses the US store only. For local store, only download free stuff

Yes. It will allow you to acces US AppStore instead.
there are usually more apps over there, but do note may be apps designed for US.

if you need to buy something from US AppStore, then I'll suggest you to get US Apple ITunes reload card

And it is recommended to have second account with MY AppStore too... Because there are some Malaysian Apps cannot be downloaded from US account...

I didn't. I prefer stick to my existing, no need transfer and no point transfer. Contacts I using back my contacts at Google account. Chrome is my default browser. Gmail still my favorite email. Keyboard I use Google Gboard.

I also didn't transfer any.. photos and videos i backup to my pc..contact sync with Google account as well..

Others all starts from fresh..
