Dont have to send for replacement. Just adjust the "hue".
Go to 'Settings' 'Accessibility' 'Display Accomodation' & turn color filters 'ON'.

I adjust mine and its fine.

Yes, you will get a 'seed' unit as replacement as per Apple's policy. You didnt state where you bought your unit from.
If you bought it online with Apple Store my and within 1 week of your purchase, you can call Apple and they will send the courier to pick up your set and send you another new set. If you bought from AASPs, then you have to refer back to your said AASP.
I would recommend Mac City as their Service Centres is better and their staff are more courteous compared to the one you mentioned. I claimed a few times before with them and have encountered no issues.

I bought from machines Klcc on Saturday and went to their service centre on Sunday. And den request no send in for warranty, I request for 1-1 exchange, because I don't want refurbish set. Den that fella try to brainwash me that replacement set is from apple, and ask me how am I so sure that it's refurbish set with very bad attitude

Offloading used iphone is getting harder in each year due to high price tag on the used unit except you can sold it off at a higher discount. Use Mudah.my  I have sold 4 iPhones from RM2600-RM2700 within these 2 years. One year old 5.5" iPhone is harder to sell no doubt as our cost is high and we also need to sell not too low to have enough money to pay for >RM4k iPhone. I have given up to lowyat garage sales as well.

Although I tend to sell my phones in my friend circle, so I usually sell em cheaper (iphone 6+ i sold RM1500 to a friend) but its more hassle free that way.
