What's the difference between getting the iPhone from gemfive instead of machines/switch? How is gemfive able to give rm200 discount?

Coz rm200 is quite a lot of saving... I guess the advantage of getting it in those premium retailer is able to open box to check on the spot and can demand change until satisfied?

If I purchase from gemfive (it says fulfilled by gemfive)
In case of any faulty issue, can I ask for a new exchange(from gemfive?) ? Or do I have to claim warranty straight away?

i know there is shortage for the 7 plus, but is it normal for GEMFIVE to say that the iphone 7 also is low in stock and told me there is a delay? it is fulfilled by gemfive though
