Am not buyer of this property but i was there yesterday enquire on the Alstonia condo which is just beside Lavender.
Not so bad as you portrait la bro, outside look clean and readily to move in.

price is reasonable.

alstonia 1.5sqft cost about Rm700k if im not wrong. Good place to stay as it's located at the top of the hill and the environment is quite safe.

However, workmanship may be one of the factors for your to consider before purchasing. You may ask around from the owners of Lavender residence.

Hey, I bought a unit there. To me it is still affordable as it's only 4xx psf. Big layout for a family man like me as I chose the 1.7k sq ft.
The environment is good as it's majority chinese here.  Like what crazy man pointed out it is located at uphill and my unit is facing golf course.

I guess you must be referring to alstonia sg buloh instead of Alstonia Residence in Sg Long.
2 different condo bro.
