Hello IsseyMiyake,
Can you let us know more about this Mr Mahes? Like for example, what line, working or showing, vision and mission and etc? Is he active in showring or Sch work? And how do you define best breeder? In term of bonding, care or food and etc? Just curious on this. Btw, where is Teluk Intan, in Ipoh? |

QUOTE(Hipoppotamus @ Dec 12 2010, 02:51 AM) GSD lover here! hipopo, may i know approximately how big is the budget to breed a GSD monthly? what they are usually feed with? I like you name here. Normally for adult GSD, the dog food is around 15kg a month. For a average quality dog food, it is around 150 or so. You can feed dog kibbles for them or you can feed raw. But for me kibbles is easier. Then you have your vet visit, deworm, treats, toys, supplement, shampoo and etc so this may varies. I would say average about 200-300 per month. |

I would suggest you visit the local petshop you have in your area. Lots of toys for you to view. The toys can be anything from tugs, ball, string and etc |

QUOTE(PACIFICO @ Dec 26 2010, 08:17 PM) Good day fellow GSD fanatic, pacifico, how much exercise should 4 month gsd pup get to be healthy ?? my current regime, weekday routine 20-30min walk+5 min play at 7am, then meal (acana pacifica) caged till lunch time outside, 1 hour walk around the garden caged till 6pm 20-30min walk+5 min play, then meal chill indoors till 10pm short training(15min) with treats then back to cage till next day is my routine sufficient or do it need to alter ?? i keep good watch with feeding and his weight. keeping him slim as he grow to prevent joint problems. please correct me if i'm wrong, ;p hope to hear from all the sifu's soon. tq yes, you are right by keeping him slim and not obese. Obesity will let too many probs later on.Your play time and exercise time seems enough to me. Do add in the grooming time as your bonding time too. To keep things interesting for you and your dog, you can find some beach or lake to let him swim too. Great exercise too. Wp, Wah, great pics. Nice weather in GMY. The pups look great, is he bringing them in? Any other infos on the pups? Subaru, I finally get to see your dog. Nice lookin dog with great color. So sorry to hear about the hip issues. Btw, how much did it cost you for both of the operation? Is he walking normally now and any diff? Added on December 30, 2010, 8:00 pm QUOTE(Miss @ Dec 29 2010, 03:31 PM) Hey, gentlement here! Miss,I was always wondering about this little gentle giant breed as ppl claimed they're excellent gentle even with their huge size.Is that true?. i'm just a lady but with a deep crush on GSD, but always worried am i could handle a GSD if i had one. I personally owned a small dog schnauzer (haha, the famous noisy barker). I've to admit that i had experieced tackling with small dog but when it's comes to a big size like GSD, i totalling doubt my ability to overcome their naughtiness. Any ideas or story about how well a 1st time owner rear a GSD. Success or nightmare sharing? opps, and i would opt for a female compare to a male. As the size and aggression tend better for me. I cant be the one that tell you GSD is right for you as I am totally biased and I totally love Gsd. So later i will clouded your judgement. How about i tell you why i like them so much? 1. the elegant and majestic looking 2. total hug-able machine 3. Really smart and pick up tricks real fast. 4. Love to be with ppl 5. They can be gentle too 6. etc 7. etc I dont have a lot of Gsd but for me i think females are more attached to the owner. This post has been edited by sirisaac: Dec 30 2010, 08:00 PM |

Guys,
I am proud of my Cara and Travis yesterday. Cara gave birth to 10 pups, 8 males and 2 females. My biggest litter so far. All pups are born around the same weight range, eating well and cara as a first time mother, she did really well. Really clean too. This is the pics of them in first day,. Attached thumbnail(s) |
