Freesia not bad. I went to the TA sales gallery the other day.
I am thinking of booking a Freesia Type B lake villa semi D. Still thinking.
Freesia Type B -38ft x 90ft ; Built up 3769sqft 5+1 bedrooms , 6 baths; 1.9 million ++
vs
Cheria Type B - 38 ft x 80ft ; Built up 3202sqft 4+1 bedrooms, 5 baths ; 1.35 million ++

I really like the Freesia lakeview.
Both Freesia and Cheria have the open floor plan concepts that we like.
Somehow my architect wife prefers Cheria Type B.
My wife prefers Cheria Type B better since the kitchen is located facing the other wall (vs facing inner wall for Freesia) (easier to ventilate kitchen hood, brighter, direct view of tv from kitchen.) . Also, we have to pay extra approx 500k -600k for Freesia vs Cheria. Freesia ‘s 5+1 bedrooms , 6 baths may be a bit too big for our family of 4.

Due to the good demand for landed properties post-pandemic, Tropicana Aman sales agent mentioned that Tropicana will convert the planned commercial land south of Sinaran into landed residential.
It will be semi D and bungalow for that plot of land (same as Freesia)

I was told it will be strata landed residential just like Freesia.
