I moved to Sri Petaling since I was kindy and I merely remember this piece of land was a garbage landfill, before it was converted to be a golf driving range (correct me if I'm wrong). It's impressive that Chin Hin could get the approval to build a 40+ level condo & office building on it.

Success from the developer's perspective and insecure from buyer's, at least for me since it's not a solid ground.
