Check out their other project at Taman Medan, the owners complaint about their workmanship in FB. interesting acticle on LAD, it seem if developer obtains the approval. (in this cases 444days) only if the properties delay futher that 444days then we can only claim LAD. i got the unit end of last year as infromed, it shall ready by march 2023. is this date already added the delay of 444 days? |

Have you guys collected the angpows from the sales office? can upload sample, ..nice mo?
By the way the progress is at which floor, does anyone have a clue? Is it common for developers not mentioning VP period in malaysia? Perhaps a forecast on which quarter of the year. Seems like there is no up to date circular by the developer. |

Other condos in the vicinity that started later - Oscar(Mah Sing), Aster Green(UOA), Maple(WCT) & Pinnacle are near completion/done. I'd start asking some serious questions if I was an owner.
