I used to go to workout last time but i stop for almost a year, and recently i continue my workout and i straight away do 3 sets of 6kg dumbbell curls without warm up.. now my hand cant extend more than 90 degree for days.. it's so pain if i extend them.. how can help?
its very possible especially for someone who has never done anything before. u dont curl groceries...
Erm, what I mean is everyday life lift will handle more than 6k. Carrying tissue boxes for office. Change water for your colleagues etc. TS need to be more active ma. Can't just curl remote control or soft drinks in real life.

You do not carry a carton box of tissues with hands down. You do not carry piles of documents with hands down. You do not lift the big water bottle with your hands down, stand on a chair and change it on water dispenser.

I think you did the right workout. That's normal bro. Wait for it until it's fully recovered.

It is DOMS, Delayed onset muscle soreness, most of the beginner like it and use it as a sign of "I had a great workout" This is Chinese, I bet you can find English vid easily.

So can u extend after a week or 2? Without warm up can be a problem. Have similar issue on leg when I train my leg for first time, without warm up, without knowing anything, I just follow what my friend and do what they do and fried up my entire low body, I cant walk for 1 week, I can't stand up from chair without using my hands
Sorry, but i'm actually saying that's my opinion, it is just that me and other active in this forum has the same answer.
by spamming, as the guy before said...it means dont resurrect old threads. may be ur opinion, but for something thats been dormant for a few months / already been answered...just let it be. ur most recent post even quoted someone from 8 months ago...
plus a few of ur posts are just links to other sites...not exactly opinion.
9) Stop reviving dead threads If a the thread is over 2 weeks old and the original poster has stopped posting in it... leave it alone. Of course if you have something really important to add then you're welcome to do so. But if you're simply adding something for the sake of posting or repeating what has already been posted, you're being counter productive and that's stupid.
