It is DOMS, Delayed onset muscle soreness, most of the beginner like it and use it as a sign of "I had a great workout"
This is Chinese, I bet you can find English vid easily.

So can u extend after a week or 2? Without warm up can be a problem. Have similar issue on leg when I train my leg for first time, without warm up, without knowing anything, I just follow what my friend and do what they do and fried up my entire low body, I cant walk for 1 week, I can't stand up from chair without using my hands
