anything touching kota warisan is something you need to think hard. wait and park your money on kwasa damansara or desa petaling area. it is going to be a big development. Be a smart buyer not going with the trend.

Super bad buy..warisan was supposed to be a big deal..i know a mas staff who bot thr..truly a trashy area, little commie n lower income area.

The only comparison is sunsuria project Olive condo. But sunsuria is so pricey and sit so close to high tension cable. The good part of Kota warisan is that close to KLIA. And there is no other condo or soho, you might be able to attract flight crews as your tenants given the proximity.

I think there is another highrise called Horizon Square coming up right next to the Kuala Lumpur International Outlet.
I heard about this from my fren who is eyeing this area. He mentioned is less than RM 270K but I couldn't find much info about it.

Anyone have any idea? If is less than 300K, I think can consider, cos for Core I need to take out a lot of initial downpayment la. Couldnt afford sad.gif

May be there are another one of service apartment or SoHo from sunsuria, which should be opposite the front main entrance of the university.

the core soho for me the pricing if lower a bit is a good buy lor..soho concept can be nice around this area coz the pricing also around 200++k only.

u cant see it now but in 3-4 years time (around soho completion time) kip mall established, xiamen will be bigger, IOI puteri warisan completed, glomac saujana klia completed, in there got tesco/mydin, then serenia city completed. plus now KLIA got malindo, mas etc. KLIA 2 got steward/stewardess, single pilots etc

yeah the area got potential..for me once VP to sell at 300k or 350k will be quite easy ler

p/s: i dunt buy here..lol

unless it's 100k. its a no go for me sad.gif still a couple kms to ERL. unless it's build smack on top of the Salak Tinggi ERL. come to think about it , there's a bit land that area. Even
that landed Suria Warisan don't have a walking pavement till ERL..hmm....

Core SoHo suites looks like a place full for studio units. another starvally or MesaHill concept i reckon hmm.gif but quite low dense .

-Xiamen indeed growing fast
-Nearer to KLIA
-Nearer to Dengkil, an old township
-KipMall and surrounding shops already have decent crowd. Econsave, kfc, mcd, pasar malam...

Anything else?

saujana klia phase 3 also already VP..so adds up to the community there.

heard alot of KLIA staff looking to rent there as its the latest landed over there.
