the core soho for me the pricing if lower a bit is a good buy lor..soho concept can be nice around this area coz the pricing also around 200++k only.
u cant see it now but in 3-4 years time (around soho completion time) kip mall established, xiamen will be bigger, IOI puteri warisan completed, glomac saujana klia completed, in there got tesco/mydin, then serenia city completed. plus now KLIA got malindo, mas etc. KLIA 2 got steward/stewardess, single pilots etc
yeah the area got potential..for me once VP to sell at 300k or 350k will be quite easy ler
p/s: i dunt buy here..lol
