yeah the area got potential..for me once VP to sell at 300k or 350k will be quite easy ler

-Nearer to KLIA
-Nearer to Dengkil, an old township
-KipMall and surrounding shops already have decent crowd. Econsave, kfc, mcd, pasar malam...
