Installed Hikvision recently...bullet cameras and NVR (DS 7716N1E4/16P)....working fine except when want to forward remote playback video to Whatsapp - "the file format is not supported" however still picture can be forwarded via Whatsapp.

Checked with Installer - he confirmed with the technical guy from the principle -"the app can only extract the MP4 format...have to wait until they update the app"

Need help here as I believed the playback video can actually use Whatsapp but may have miss something in the NVR?
