Need some help here, i had existing cat5e cable for my cctv, is it possible to use the existing cable and split it to more connection to new PoE?

Add 1 more only, i dont know abt cable branding, but it is dark grey..i go google up, seem there is poe extender, only concern will.be limited power and impact bandwidth when running on same cable
