My wireman has wired RG59 and power cables to 4 locations ( 2 outdoor and 2 indoors) the coax and power cables all come to the living room where the decoder and power supply is to be fixed.

Can you recommend me a budget friendly 4 channel CCTV with the following requirements:

HD CVI or TVI
2 bullets for outdoor weather and waterproof and 2 dome for indoor with high resolution 4MP or above available? With IR for night vision too.
A 4MP or above recorder with 25fps recording and playback for ALL 4 channels at MAXIMUM HD resolution.
A suitable surveillance hard disk
Power supply for the 4 cameras

Feel free to recommend something else if the above is not viable. But would prefer the above if possible.

Since the wiring is all ready, all I need is simple service to attach the cameras to the walls/ceiling which is at conveniently accessible locations and plugging in the decoder and power supply. Should be a 30 minutes job. How much do you charge for this simple installation service? Please breakdown the installation separately as I want to know if I can DIY.
Please provide the model numbers of the recorder and cameras too.
