I notice stocks are actually plenty whether online or in certain maxis stores, was at gardens 2 days ago and saw 2-3 ppl walk in and was told there are stocks for the ip12

the phone is RM182 (12 Pro Max 128GB)
total would be RM370

So the 6% SST will charge only RM188 (Plan only) or RM370 (Plan+Phone)?

guys, i tried for a weeks on maxis online store still show me this message "Your account is currently not supported by Maxis Online Store."

went to center and they said is system issue, cant do anything. but i see some member here still able to do the online order ?

so hard to find iphone11 now. online show the store is available but the store told me out of stock

ic, i did went to Gardens to check, first actually i'd chat online live with maxis, also ask me drop by to check whether got any balance unpaid.

Gardens staff did help me to register on the ROI as well as they told me i've got 1 hidden unpaid payment RM88 which not sure when and what happen, due 2018.

so now either wait for they refresh my account to see isit available to get in the online store, and at the same time wait for 2nd batch ipong12 reached by this 1 or 2 weeks they will call.  

I wont mind to top up extra for 12 but Maxis has not included the 98 package for signup this. Im using 98 now and my 40GB data has not been fully utilized every month already, why the hell i still want to pay extra to maxis for more unutilized data?

yeah thats why. I dont mind it is out of stock. But the information on the online store is very misleading. Aside to this, a Maxis Centre staff has wasted my 1 whole week of waiting time due to their own working attitude. Im realy getting frustrated with Maxis service attitude.

I went to the Maxis Centre at Prangin Mall Penang after checking the availability of stock online. The staff told me their iphone 11 stock is just finish but he confirmed to me that i can made order with them, in any colour and any capacity. Without further hesitation, i paid them a RM100 deposit and happily waiting for the iphone 11 to arrive.

1 week has passed and still no news from them, drop by to check and only found out that they have not process my order. Upon checking only let me know there wont be any possible to order iphone 11 anymore from now on.

Such a "Superb" service from Maxis

The comedy never ends. I got an email from Maxis stating that my order was on its way but in actual fact, i self collected the phone a week before. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I tried before because my line at my house suddenly very poor for weeks. especially during night time. I cant even login to any Speedtest page. Called maxis, the ads play until i can repeat by myself already also no pick up. Whatapps them and no respond for few day. 1 Email to MCMC, 2 days later a Maxis Support called me and ask me about the problem i encounter.

So after the call end. i received an email from MCMC saying Maxis will get intouch with me soon. And from the email history i can see the MCMC staff just forward my email to maxis without any further wording at all.

anyone here bundle up postpaid with maxis fibre home broadband? I'm thinking to get the 300mbps @ 149.... but the 500mbps @ 219 can get 65" samsung tv for RM1 per month x24 months....not sure if there is any catch like upfront or etc...

I opted for maxis purely based on the network coverage.
If other telco is as good in my area definitely I will have more options to choose.
But too bad, not the case for now
